The first one is of both of them, Justice (spade female) in foreground and Rainy (neutered male) in back.  Second is Rainy. Third is Justice and forth is Rainy.
 
I think that Rainy is 12 and Justice is 10 years old.  I know that both of them were rescues.  Rainy is very loving when he gets to know you, has arthritis in one of his back legs.  We have been giving him Chondroitin which seems to help him but he can be somewhat stiff when he gets up.  Justice is a little skittish but will warm up to you once she trusts you.  She is on Thyroid and seizure medicine which she has been responding to quite well to.  Both must stay together since they are best buddies and have been a loving home for most of their lives.  Currently they have total access to the outdoors via a doggy door to a fenced in area.  Do walk on leash.  Make good guard dogs and pets for people that like large dogs. On a diet of homemade dog food mixed with Kibbles & Bits. The homemade dog food consists of cooked chicken and green beans chopped in a food processor or blender then mixed into the dry food.  Their diet is supplemented with dog biscuits and treats. Rainy has a thing with vacuum clearers.  When you say the word or start to use it he barks at it as if he is protecting you from it.  When I vacuum the house, I ignore him or just put him outside.  

She has two indoor cats if anyone is interested.  Male and female, I believe, Becky and Bailey. 

Rosie is an 8-month-old Border Collie/Pit Bull mix and is all puppy - she wants to play, play, play!! Luckily she tires out easily and then it's time to cuddle. She is small in size but has a "big dog" personality and would make a wonderful companion because she loves her people and never strays too far away. She is very attached to her family and takes a little time to warm up to strangers, but once she does, she's yours forever. She does fine with other dogs as long as they are introduced properly, otherwise she can be a bit timid. She is also curious of the cats, but knows to keep her distance.

I have a german shepard dog that is in need of a good home, because we are moving. He is an older dog DOB

11/13/01. He is house broken, but he mostly stays outside, because he needs a lot of room to run and guard the yard.

He is not good with other dogs. He has been good with my children, and I do not think he would hurt a child, but I

would never leave him alone with a small child unsupervised. He is very large (125 lbs). And as I said in the post he

needs a special kind of owner. He will bite someone he doesn't know, if not introduced properly. He is very weary

with strangers. He was my fathers dog who has passed away, and we are trying to find the right home for him. We do

not want him to go somewhere and then when the family decides they cannot handle him just to be sent somewhere

else. Nor do I want him going somewhere where he will be chained up and ignored. I also do not want him hurting

anyone or anyone hurting him. He really needs someone with a firm hand and time to spend with him so that a good

bond can be formed.

He is due a rabies shot, which we are going to try to get before we send him to his new home.
He is purebred A KC we never had him registered but we have the registration papers for him, they just need to be

filled out and sent in. We also have his pedigree and copies of his parents papers. And he really doesn't like to ride in

I sent you a couple pics of the dog - his name is Scrappy - he's  2-3 years old - still young.. he was "fixed" when he was younger - has had his shots too. I have the paperwork on him if you need it.. Scrappy is a very good watch dog- he does not like other animals in the yard.

He barks a lot if someone is too close to the house or yard- he loves to play with balls and sticks.

Scrappy will sit if you have a stern voice because he is a little hyper active.

He has a lot of energy and can play and run for hours. He does not like to be tied up or put into a crate, he will go crazy and bark a lot. He does not bite or attack people - he just likes to jump on them - that's his way of playing,

but he does need some training. The dog is not good with kids.. He also likes to play in the water, he drinks a lot of water everyday, and he needs a place where he can run around with no kids.

Shamrock is a 3 y.o. German Shepherd (possibly mix) who weighs around 50 lbs.  She came to us from a military family who asked that we take her and her sister Susie (a lab/pit mix) until he completed training and got orders to his new duty station.  This was back in October of 2009.  When his orders came thru, his orders sent him to a place that did not allow dogs so he turned both dogs over to us.  I’m a Chihuahua rescuer so I’ll admit that I don’t have a clue when it comes to German Shepherds.  She is currently UTD on everything and is spayed.

Shamrock is a great dog but she needs some training and she needs alpha personality owners.  She gets along great with children and was even called the “nanny dog” for the previous owner’s small children.  She loves all people and she loves to run.  She will need a fenced in yard.  At her previous home, she was invited inside but according to them, “was a bit nervous when inside and preferred to be outside.”  She loves to ride in the car and go places with you.

Shamrock gets along with other dogs but needs to be introduced slowly until she gets to know them.  She got along fine with the previous owner’s cat but tends to want to chase the barn cats at her current location.  She needs someone to give her a chance and some training as she constantly wants to please you.

Hi! My name is Sheeba. I’m currently living with some nice people who found me on July 4^th after my family moved to Africa. I was supposed to follow 30 days after they moved, but several things happened and my people decided I would be better off staying in the States.

I’m really enjoying living with this nice couple, but they’re not allowed to have pets so they have to find me a new place to live. I’m crate trained but don’t need to be in it during the day because I don’t tear anything up or even get into the trash. I love to play fetch, but need hard toys, as I do love to tear the stuffing out of soft ones.

I’m totally housetrained, and love to be scratched around the ears and get belly rubs. I don’t like to get on the furniture, so I love it when people sit on the floor to pet me. I also love walks, but can’t walk for more than about 60 minutes because I had surgery on my back left leg awhile ago, and it still bothers me if I run or walk too much. But, I do still love a good run and a long walk at least once a day.

I’m super sweet and very loyal to my people, but I don’t trust strangers immediately. That makes me a great guard dog. Once I realize you like the other person and there’s no danger, I’ll settle down and even let them rub my belly.

I’d love to live in a house where the people are home to pet me a lot and play fetch. I’m not sure about babies and toddlers, but I’d like a teenager to play with. Cats and I do not get along. I’m 14 years old, and know lots of tricks – like sit, stay, and down, and out and back up even! With some patience from my new people, I can learn even more as I’m a smart girl. My foster parents got me up to date on all of my shots, and I come with a several month supply of heart worm pills and Frontline too. I’m a young 14 – I’m still very frisky and pretty active. I even fooled the vet – she thought I was just 4 or 5.

Snowshoe is a female stray. The tip of her right ear sometimes droops. She’s a little aloof so far but sure does love those ear rubs. She has dewclaws on her back feet. Don’t have age estimate yet.

Starsky is a sweet-natured dog with just a hint of shyness which makes him all that more lovable. He is such an all-around agreeable fella, he would get along in just about any household. While he likes to play and enjoys going on walks, he is just as content cuddling with someone or snoozing on a favorite bed. Starsky gets along fine with other dogs and would make a wonderful companion to another friendly canine. When visitors come to the sanctuary, he can be seen scurrying around for his kong toy to put in his mouth as that is one of his favorite things to do and he knows he looks mighty cute doing it! Starsky is about four and a half years old, neutered, and up to date on vaccines. He has a wonderful big heart and is looking for that special someone to share it with. Wren is about 2 years old, and we think that she is a Harrier - Treeing Walker Coonhound mix. She

weighs about 45 lbs, is spayed and current on her shots, housetrained, and good with other dogs.
